You agree to use Synclisto only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as Etsy's Terms of Use.
You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials you use to access Synclisto and for any activities or actions under your account. Synclisto is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.
Some features of Synclisto are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis depending on your subscription plan. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all our subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with Synclisto within the first 14 days of your purchase, please contact us at contact@synclisto.com for a full refund. Beyond 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent future charges.
In no event shall Synclisto, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
