Synclisto operates as an authorized workflow utility using the Etsy and Shopify APIs. We adhere strictly to the principle of least privilege. We solely request permissions required to manage, format, and synchronize product listings. Specifically, we only access and modify product details such as images, descriptions, titles, and tags.
Your shop data remains your exclusive property. Synclisto does not sell, rent, monetize, or share your Etsy or Shopify account data with third-party advertisers or data brokers. Data is only securely routed to your explicit production partners (such as Printful or other manufacturing partners) when you manually trigger a synchronization event.
We retain your OAuth tokens, account data, and listing metadata only for as long as your account is active. You may revoke Synclisto's API access at any time via your Etsy or Shopify settings. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time directly within the app by navigating to Account Settings -> Delete Account. In compliance with data protection laws, we automatically delete any account and permanently purge all of its associated data (including tokens, mockups, and credentials) if there has been no login activity for 3 consecutive years.
We deploy industry-standard encryption to protect your API authorization tokens at rest and in transit. Synclisto utilizes strictly necessary operational cookies to securely manage user authentication and prevent Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF). We do not use behavioral tracking or marketing cookies.
Depending on your location, you may have rights under local privacy laws (such as GDPR or CCPA) regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete the information we hold.
